Zoe Weiss Zoe plays both the cello and viola da gamba and holds her Masters from Boston University where she studied with Laura Jeppesen and Sarah Freiberg. She discovered her love of early music while studying modern cello at the Oberlin Conservatory and switched her major to study viol and Baroque cello with Catharina Meints. She is much in demand as a soloist and continuo player and plays with Boston University’s Baroque Orchestra (led by Martin Pearlman) and Boston area ensembles Long & Away, Exsultemus, and The Sun's Darlings.
